We maintain a structured waiting list to ensure that every hedgehog is placed in a prepared and responsible home.
Adoption Application Process
Thank you for your interest in adopting from Quillman Hedgehogs.
Before we proceed, we need a few important details to ensure that every hedgehog goes to a responsible and prepared home.
Once you submit your application, we will carefully review your answers and notify you if you are eligible.
Then, you will be added to our official waitlist. We will notify you your wait number so you may place ₱1,500 non-refundable reservation fee on any available hedgehog.
This reservation fee will be deducted from the total price of the hedgehog. The remaining balance must be settled via online payment (GCash only).
Reservation Guidelines
To maintain fairness and structure, we follow a clear reservation system:

Reservation will be on a first come, first served basis.

We follow the order of approved applications when allowing reservations.

Reservations may be voided when adoptor becomes unresponsive or unreachable 3 days after our last message.

through our Facebook page so we can confirm your submission.
This step ensures your application is properly received and queued in our system.
